My internship at Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI) member of Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDBG) during the period referred above in Jeddah (KSA), reinforced my interest in the areas of Banking, Finance, Investment and Portfolio Management, and I was able to experience research in different topics in the economic and financial management.
My main role was to monitor some factors of the economic environment of the Central African Region (Zone CEMAC) and its Suitability to Accept Islamic Finance through market surveys and to analyze the data using office packages such as Excel, Word and others. I wrote a report on my findings, which was received by my field supervisor in the organization.
As a matter of fact, this experience helped me to develop relevant skills in building relations, managing my time effectively and writing succinctly.
